This is your single-box solution for high output and wide coverage. the SH96HO is a three-way biamplified powerhouse that features four 15-inch drivers, six 4-inch mid-range drivers and a 1.4-inch-high frequency driver — that makes a jaw-dropping 11 drivers coupled to a single horn. The SH96HO has a 90-degree x 60-degree pattern, and a sensitivity of 105dBSPL. Like all of our Synergy Horns, it is available in both touring and installed versions.

Just like the Danley SH96, the SH96HO loudspeaker offers an extraordinary design that features 11 drivers coupled to a single Synergy Horn™ that includes four 15-inch drivers, six 4-inch mid-range drivers and a 1.4-inch-high exit HF compression driver – all mounted within a 45-inch x 26-inch horn. Thoughtful driver placement within the horn, combined with our Synergy crossover network, allows for proper phase alignment between frequency bands. This permits the physically separated bands to combine and emerge from the horn in synchrony, greatly reducing off-axis distortions in frequency response and allowing for greater clarity at long distances.

This is a cabinet that we use at Big Mountain Productions for live work and rentals.  It pairs nicely with any of the BC subwoofers like the Danley BC215.  We’ve used 4 Danley TH118XL per SH96HO, and we also like the Danley DBH218 in multiples with this cabinet.  They really do “go to 11”
